Nice, big room, good location at a fair price. Not fancy, but all things new and clean. I liked the 'convenience' store in the first floor where you could buy some snacks, beverages and self-check out.

I definitely appreciate the excellent customer service offered by employee Diego Leal during my last stay at Apê Smart in the Mackenzie Unit. From the moment I checked in, Diego was extremely professional and empathetic, guaranteeing an excellent experience at this Apê Smart unit. I would definitely stay at this unit again.

The location was great. There were bars and restaurants close. Also the train station was close to moving around was easy.

the property is brand new and used facial recognition to get into the building. the rooms are gorgeous come with a fridge and small stove. staff are very helpful. they don’t speak much English but are willing to use their translators to assist with any of your needs
